Explore the possibilities for incorporating a company structure on the blockchain (essentially creating some sort of a DAO that covers these minimal functions):

• Issuing shares & associated voting rights
• On-chain voting
• Managing finances – company ledger, investments, donations, dividend payments
• Annual reports (for non-profits, NGOs) etc
• Other aspects?
