Release v1.0

First release of the discord bootleg relay, simple project made to relay 2 discord channels using a user as a bot.
The included file is a docker image, in order to use it you need to provide it with 3 arguments, the 2 channel ids and the user token.
The env variables names are: channel1 channel2 and token.
