On all pages

• Not all boxes should be required to have text in (Input field validation).
• Date validation.
• Change the color of buttons ( Yes => "black" / Cancel-No => "Red" ) for all confirmation messages.
• Add Details into the input field describes what type of information should be added.

ADD Participant Page

• Need drop down options on ethnicity.
• Nationality – drop down box:
  • Asian or Asian British – Bangladeshi.
  • Mixed – White and Asian.
  • Asian or Asian British – Indian.
  • Mixed - White and Black African.
  • Asian or Asian British – Pakistani.
  • Mixed – White and Black Caribbean.
  • Asian or Asian British – Any other.
  • Black or Black British – African.
  • White – British.
  • Black or Black British – Caribbean.
  • White – Irish.
  • Black or Black British – Any Other.
  • White – Any Other Background.
  • Chinese • Any Other.
  • Mixed - any other mixed background.
  • Not Known or Provided.
• Add-in CSCS card - Drop down box with options ‘yes’ and ‘no’ so know if have card or not, number not always known.
• Change CSCS support to yes or no option if card required.
• Literacy level – Should Be drop down ‘Entry Level 1’, ‘Entry Level 2’, ‘Entry Level 3’, ‘Level 1’, ‘Level 2’, ,GCSE’, ‘A-Level’ .
• Support required – free text.

Prison Details

• UTR number should be on participant information.
• Probation officer name – change to include contact details or add boxes for contact.
• Prison In – Change to ‘Length of Sentence’.
• Fix the validation when you add prison details (it shows an error message but accept the adding action).

View Participants

• Add in headings on table ‘full name’ and ‘surname ‘age’ and ‘borough’.
• We need to be able to upload documents to participants, view and download them when necessary e.g. CVs, Passport scans & CSCS cards etc.
• Provide a drop down list based on numbers in Dependents.
• Ethnicity – same as ADD Participant Page- .
• Nationalities – Provide a present list with British first and then every other nationality in alphabetically order.
• Remove CSCS support from this page and add to the list of interventions.
• Change disability and medical field to Do you consider yourself disabled. If yes then please provide a free text field for disability to be entered.
• Error on NI Number field – at present does not accept genuine national insurance numbers. Standard format for NI number is two letters six numbers followed by a single letter.
• CSCS card is eight numbers.
• Need to be able to create participant with fields missing.

View Interventions

• Training courses in custody are not interventions. But would be good to know whether completed, could place a tick box in add participant section.

Add intervention page

• Make "add intervention" choice just for admin.
• Drop down menu for interventions:
  o Phone call
  o Text
  o One to one meeting
  o Group Meeting
  o Site Visit
  o Email
  o CV Created/Updated
  o Job Application
  o Training Application
  o Apprenticeship Application
  o Referral
  o Travel Paid
  o CSCS Card ordered
• Add notes as a column title – Interventions- start- end – type – action – then add notes to this line.
• Add intervention page – good – once the pending development of add all the pastoral inventions is done.
• Add new field with project type these are
  o Out for Good
  o Mind the Gap
  o OLASS
  o CF03
  o Divert
  o Standard Offer
  (make the ability to choose more than one option as this is the way we work).

View Managers Page

• Managers should have different accesses to workers and be able to draw down reports.
• Limit Manager details displayed to just Name, Email, phone number.Please remove –
  • gender,
  • marital status,
  • Dob,
  • Full address
  • post code.

Workers

• Change for workers to staff.
• On current worker please make same information as revised managers’ page.

Report page

• The Report page needs to include options to filter by:
  • Project
  • Date
  • Employment outcome
  • Borough
  • Age
  • Active/Inactive
  • Prison
  • People that have CSCS
  • Offence
  • Training outcome
