Equilibrium Stable v47

The most important change is the acu upgrade fix, but there are other changes in here.
this release is a bit hectic since it had to have a hotfix bundled in, and due to my absense for several weeks it also contains an old v47 which was ready for release back then, but was left until my return. as a result of possible changes to the base fa code, some parts may be broken.

oh well. hope for the best.
