Migrate SuperSolarPanels items to Coremod #1164

Not ready for merge yet!

Steps:

New items
Migrate coremod recipes
Figure out how to handle conversion of solar panel TEs if the mod is removed (postea?)
Convert supersolarpanel items to coremod items
Remove supersolarpanels config from modpack repo, check for any quest files that need updating
Update GTNH-Intergalactic recipes
Update GT5-Unofficial recipes
Decide if we want new textures for these items (the mod on Curseforge is licensed GPLv3 so it should be okay on that front)
