Tape v1.0.0

The first kinda finished version of Tape! This version has most of the features I had planned! Look at MANUAL.md for some idea on how to use it! Most things are finished, but bugs may show up occasionally. If any mysterious crashes or strange behaviors occur, leave an issue on the repository!
