Release 4.7.1 - Managed Service Extension Authoring platform using Snowstorm

This release has full support for SNOMED CT Extension authoring. It also includes the ability to search and retrieve content using a specific language reference set (for example if an extension has patient friendly terms) in addition to requesting content in a specific language via the standard API. This feature will be added to the FHIR API over the next few weeks.

SNOMED International has completed testing and deployed this release into production this week. Managed Service customers will be migrated to this platform over the next few months as they each complete their content release cycle.
