I think I tried changing this a while back, but I forgot why it wasn't done like this in the first place. There might be edge cases but initial tests look fine.
The "Steam family owns this game" banner is in the same position as the "Buy this game as a gift" text, so I think it should be kept where it is, but we can probably add a separater so it looks nicer.
Fixes #1911.
