Release v1.4.1 - ChainMeta Decommissioning, New UI Design, Web2 API Based Performance boosts

• Final stable 1.4.X version before 1.5.0 comes in. this is mainly a performance boosting release.
• 1.5.0 will bring in Native Auth for View Data where message signing not needed to "open and view Data NFTs". (closer to web2 experience)
