Target location can be :
- a bounding box
- a circle (v0.2)
- a list of points in a GeoJSON file (v0.3)

GLOBAL OPTIONS:
--bbox value bounding box ("lon1,lat1,lon2,lat2")
--latitude value, --lat value latitude (WGS84 [-90,+90]) (default: 0)
--longitude value, --lon value longitude (WGS84 [-180,+180]) (default: 0)
--radius value radius (in meters) (default: 0)
--file value, -f value geoJSON file
--help, -h show help
--version, -v print the version
