The domain kyonggi.kr does not have a WHOIS record confirming that it belongs to the university that owns kyonggi.ac.kr domain. Also, kyonggi.ac.kr was previously abused, and the university administration did not contact us to investigate the issue and resolve it if possible.

Regrettably, we cannot accept this request. I have to close it without merging.

It does not mean that something is wrong with the school. The issue is related to a combination of suspicious factors related to the domain itself.
