IPv6 tests on valgrind and utests were disabled, We are enabling them with the recent support on our k8s cluster Gtest should be enabled as well once its working Signed-off-by: NirWolfer <[email protected]>

IPv6 tests on valgrind and utests were disabled,
We are enabling them with the recent support on our k8s cluster
