One click install/ run scripts for windows 98

Install/ run windows 98 in a single click on Dosbox-x

N.B: These are powershell scripts so will only work on windows OS

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download dosbox-x , I am using the portable version dosbox-x-vsbuild-win64 build :)
2. After you download it extract/ install it in your desired location.
3. Download my scripts stable(stable) or unstable** and extract it where dosbox-x.exe is located
4. Copy your windows 98 iso to the same location and rename it to "win98.iso" all lowercase (windows 98 second edition is recommended)
5. Double click "install_win98.bat" choose your desired hdd size and wait for it to install.
6. After Installation is completed run your windows 98 installation by double clicking "run_win98.bat".

**unstable uses core=dynamic_x86 which is much faster than core=normal but the dosbox-x crashes, if you use this then shut down dosbox-x manually if it crashes and then run "run_win98.bat" to continue the installation

SOME USEFUL DOSBOX-X SHORTCUTS & TIPS

1. Press Ctrl+F10 to toggle mouse capture & F11 + F to toggle Fullscreen.
2. From menu choose: View > Fit to aspect ratio to prohibit DosBox-x from stretching the window when in fullscreen mode
