Making useful bug reports

• FreeBSD version and output of uname -m

• Device you are trying to use, look in output of pciconf -lv

• Link to driver you are using, if there is one.

• Precise bug explanation, with steps to reproduce if necessary.

• bt output, if kernel panicked and textdump(4) was created.

• Bonus: enable sysctl debug.ndis and debug.bootverbose and post link to uploaded dmesg output.
