This PR updates the import dependencies.
More specifically we identified more needed terms to be imported from PATO, IAO, OBI, and CHMO, when updating the TBox graphic.
This PR also changes the custom import module build workflows by reusing the ODK ROBOT extract BOT method now for all modules except for UO. But for RO, OBI, and CHMO we also added either ROBOT remove or filter steps to drop unneeded classes or to include subclasses of a specific branch without having to list them (see CHMO).
