This PR changes the way the OBI import module is generated, as the ODK
make_baseoption used before was omitting needed axioms. The ROBOT code in the vibso.Makefile also needed to be tweaked to omit the intermediate classes between OBI:organism and NCBITaxon:Homo Sapiens.
