Map & Favorites menu version checking removed

As SkyUI-VR doesn't come with the map menu and favorites menu at all, SkyUI had been throwing up large, scary looking, error messages when these screens are visited.

These errors have now been removed.

WARNING: This is the first time SkyUI-VR comes with modified Papyrus scripts. Although initial testing suggests that everything is working fine, it's still advisable to make a new save or backup before upgrading to this version.
