Change Description

Try to be precise. You can additionally add comments to your PR, this might help the reviewer a lot.
This is an enhancement where the user will be able to know about his/her used credits and also the total credits. We will also inform the user about the reset time.

If you used new dependencies: Did you add them to requirements.txt?
