@bahnwaerter first backend version pushed to https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/workflow_ocr_backend . This PR changes the apps behavior so that it will automatically use the backend (instead of local ocrmypdf CLI) if it's installed.

Testing should be as easy as:

Checkout this patch
Install AppApi App and setup Deploy daemon (see also https://github.com/R0Wi-DEV/workflow_ocr_backend?tab=readme-ov-file#prerequisites)
Install the backend app from Appstore (via regular NC Appstore integration)
Create a workflow and check if on next cron tick the new backend is used to do the OCR
