Remove headers that still anchor back to the top of the page. Example:

-## [sf::Http](https://www.sfml-dev.org/tutorials/2.6/network-http.php#sfhttp)[](https://www.sfml-dev.org/tutorials/2.6/network-http.php#top "Top of the page")
+## sf::Http

All links hardcode to 2.6. So partially helps with #196


          Remove "back to top" links
