GitHub actions (#68)

* add default credo configuration

* disable credo moduledoc check

It's too stringent and this application isn't a library anyway

* Add GitHub Actions workflow

* fix naming

* Fix tests

* update versions

* Update cache key format

* fix compilation warning

* fix
