Mouse input not sent to parts of the monitor with negative coordinates

I guess xwl-satellite doesn't really need to use the real monitor coordinates as reported by xdg-output, since the window positions in the host compositor space do not correspond to the window positions in the X11 space. So this could be solved by shoving X11 windows around elsewhere in their space, together with issues like #14.
