Add documentation for the SCMI power domain ID's for the AM62L. The table is generated with the help of scmi_id_gen_pd script which parses the pd_data header file and outputs the table based on it. Change-Id: I8ae6a1ad07c8eb872b8642233de9fccdb09a41db Signed-off-by: Dhruva Gole <[email protected]>
