Major cleanup

[Universal-Omega]

• Should fix 1.36 DPL3 used in a Template:Subpages. When template accessed from a page and no subpages exist, error occurs. #42 as it allows correctly catching an MWException, before the class was missing its use statement so does not work.
• Should fix Error showing "fetchTemplate was depreciated in MediaWiki 1.35" #60 as it replaces the deprecated fetchTemplate with FetchTemplateAndTitle.
