Update Trusted Key Value Server API naming to match server side changes #900

There is some server side API change to make the field names less "key-centric". Would like to reflect it here to match the server side change.

Looks like this fixes the v1 API to match what the Protected Audience explainer has said for years which is good. The v2 API is also updated with better names.
