fix: Classifier fix to remove stop and max_tokens kwargs in llm call

What

• Removed stop and max_tokens kwargs for the llm complete call of classifier
• Bumped classifier tool version

TODO

• Need to build the tool and update the registry

Why

• These kwargs are not supported by all LLMs

Notes on Testing

• Tried testing by removing max_tokens alone however it failed for Palm since stop was there. Removed stop as well and tried eventually
