What

• Performing SQL query execution within the db_context

Why

How

• The purpose of this function is to provide a safe and convenient way to work with database connections. When you use this function in a with statement, it will automatically open the connection at the beginning and close it at the end, even if an error occurs.

Can this PR break any existing features. If yes, please list possible items. If no, please explain why. (PS: Admins do not merge the PR without this section filled)
