What

• Bumped SDK to 0.53.1 in dependent services

Why

• To update default URL for LLMW v2

Can this PR break any existing features. If yes, please list possible items. If no, please explain why. (PS: Admins do not merge the PR without this section filled)

• No, minor json schema changes only. But tools aren't updated yet assuming that the changes made in the SDK will not be required by the tools

• No explicit testing done after updating the version, was checked when the SDK change was made locally
