This PR adds an option --no-untagged-nodes-geometric-relations to skip the calculation of geometric relations for untagged nodes.

I also updated libspatialjoin: std::runtime_errors thrown in spatialjoin's worker threads are now clearly printed to stderr and std::exit(1) is called.
