This enables reliable global shortcuts for Play/Pause and Next/Previous track, solving #18. Default shortcuts are the media buttons for Windows and Command-Shift-P/Left/Right for non-Windows, and can be changed in
chrome://extensions. Shortcuts can be enabled in the options page.
