Once build on windows, you need to provide the sqlite3.dll library.

Flutter users can depend on `sqlite3_flutter_libs` to ship the latest sqlite3 version with their app. When not using Flutter, you need to manually include sqlite3.

If you don't use `sqlite3_flutter_libs` or want to add use a custom sqlite3.dll, you need to copy the sqlite3.dll to the build folder. You can provide your own or use a prebuilt one

sqfliteFfiInit() provide a way to load the library in debug mode for convenience and should work on release using the default
sqlite3 loading mechanism. If you put the dll somewhere else, you need to override the loading as defined in sqlite3
