Initial Beta

This is a pre-release of a FOSS (Free and Open Source) tweak called NPColor.
NPColor was made as an updated and FOSS alternative to ColorFlow 5.

NPColor takes the average color of album artwork in the now playing player thingy and makes it the background color in place of the blur. It also removes the spotify logo on the album artwork.

Currently there are many problems and the tweak is not completed. The background color doesn't update very fast so it is possible for the user to see the previous album's backround color on the next album. The media controls remain white despite the background color, so for albums that are white the controls can be hidden. As a temporary workaround, when the background is too luminous the color is set to gray.

Here is the current to do list:
1.make it so that the media controls and other labels can be viewed when there is a white background.
2.make the background update faster.
3.clean up the code
3.possibly add other effects like gradients and animations and blur
4.add support for spotify and apple music in app
