Figaro.Configuration
========================
The purpose of this library is to allow developers to pre-configure Figaro applications using the .NET configuration infrastructure. 
This library was initially designed using the Configuration Section Designer tool in CodePlex (http://csd.codeplex.com/) and then 
customized to fit various tweaks and requirements.
