Fixed issue with not supporting quoted (case-sensitive) Keyspace, Table, and Column names.
Fixed collection issue (Issue 14)
Unload of collections are quoted now - which is what load expects
BLOBs are exported Base64 encoded (Issue 15) and Base64 decoded on load.
