Errors in the Leader

There are 2 records where there are errors in the Leader meaning that the record cannot be parsed correctly. These records may need to be editing from within an LMS, or may need to be deleted and replaced.

013565242 contains non-ASCII codes in the Leader. Characters lÌŒ have been used in place of nu in positions 05 and 06. Each character in the Leader is supposed to take up one Hexadecimal (Hex) code. l takes one Hex code, but Ì and Œ each take up two Hex codes, meaning that a computer trying to parse the record will see that the Leader is three characters longer than normal.
