Adding code snippet and screenshots of flexible job dependency

Description

Adding example to workflows docs to show new capabilities with flexible requires.

Reasons

Current example only shows the legacy use/capabilities of the requires functionality (i.e, when the sequential execution was only possible upon the success of the required job)
