Data Center management for the Metadata Store (MDS)
DataCite Members should be able to manage the Metadata Store (MDS) Data Center accounts that work with them. In order to do so, a new API for Data Center management will be developed (including actions like create new Data Center, modify/update, request deletion and others). This API will be used by the new Data Center management web interface too.
