Some PRs in the sidebar list GH users as Reviewers who are not a repo Collaborator.

It seems the Organization might benefit from assigning a Collaborator to review PRs.

Such Collaborator only would then be listed as approving an individual PR.

Were write authority also granted that Collaborator could close PRs or mark them as Spam.
