Add Chinese Version of README

Changes

Added README.zh-CN.md file, providing a complete Chinese version of the project documentation
The Chinese content is synchronized with the English README.md, including:
- Project introduction
- Features
- Installation guide
- Usage instructions
- Contribution guidelines
- License information
Added a language selection link in the English README to point to the Chinese version

Motivation

Provide better documentation support for Chinese-speaking users
Lower the barrier to entry for non-English users
Promote the project within the Chinese community

Impact

No impact on existing code functionality
No modifications to the original English documentation
The new file does not affect the project build

Testing

Confirmed the Chinese document formatting is correct
Verified all links are working
Checked consistency between Chinese and English content
