To access the new ZHA Network Visualization card in Home Assistant 2020.12.x and onwards, do the following:
Choose "Configuration" -> "Integrations". On the "Zigbee Home Automation" integration, choose "Configure". You should see a new "Visualisation" menu item either along the top (desktop) or on the bottom (mobile).
