@llorracc this repository needed required moving a lot of code from https://github.com/econ-ark/CGMPortfolio/tree/master/Code. There appears to be a lot of dead code here (the entire Fortran folder?).
Can you provide guidance as to what can be removed and what should be kept?
Alternatively, I can keep the minimum number of files to keep this repository executable.
