Description
This PR is for tahan come pvt sensor config file.
Motivation
The sensor config file submitted(#312) last time has errors(The wrong file was uploaded, resulting in an extra SMB_FRU "3 5 20" configuration and a wrong NETLAKE "3 1 2" configuration), in this PR revise it and submit the correct file again.

Tested in tahan come pvt 2nd source machine.
