This adds an ability to (optionally) post checks using inline action macro syntax.
My attempt at #10978
Action and variant field are limited to 1 item each, to preserve old functionality and to avoid over-complicated logic.
One action can be used with multiple skills (including lore skills, which were combined with skills to one input field).
