Looking at the large runner here, looks like we need to use the right name

The goal is not to add ubuntu-latest-4-cores everywhere, but add to things that run on Linux that are slow to run

It's not no. The Linux build is quite quick. Our Mac OS build takes 5-6 times longer than everything else (mainly due to AOT compilation for iOS).
