As a user, I want to see the legal note in the footer in my language, so I can more easily understand it

Acceptance Criteria

  • Footer Legal Note must be translatable

Also various misc. translations:

  • Form Components
  • Validation Errors
  • Cookie Banner
  • Legal Documents
