This PR bumps the upload artifact action to v4. Unfortunately this version doesn't consolidate files from different jobs with the same name. They simply get overwritten, https://github.com/actions/upload-artifact?tab=readme-ov-file#breaking-changes. In order to solve this, we have to use a merge action (thanks Simon Cozens for the suggestion)
