fix libfaustwithllvm.a
…fast was broken, 3) printing the best values in -run N mode was broken. Set version to 2.58.18.
faustgen uses libfaustwithllvm and static ncurses. It no longer needs a separate LLVM.

This is a newer version of #862
I've uploaded 15.0.7 LLVM builds to TD-Faust:
The ubuntu x86_64 job builds LLVM dynamically.
All four jobs have been shown to work here: https://github.com/DBraun/faust/actions/runs/4361078728
Each job results in an zip containing libfaust as a dynamic library.
With some further revisions, we can have the artifacts be put in a draft release. I also request that we have the LLVM builds be hosted on the grame-cncm Faust repo, not TD-Faust.
