To run the app for the first time after installation you'll need to manually move it out of quarantine:

1. Locate the app in Finder
2. Control-click (or right-click) the app icon
3. Select 'Open' from the context menu
4. Click 'Open' in the dialog box that appears
Open your teminal and enter the following command:

`xattr -c /Applications/Phost.app`

You should now be able to start Phost normally.
