Goal
The main goal of this PR is to cope with latest changes in HA 2024.11:

WARNINGs when using blocking call while using asyncio, this is tracked in issue Blocking operations while in asyncio #726
ERROR while validating freebox api certificate. This is due to the migration to python 3.13 that changed the default SSL certificate Validation

Changes

follow recommendation from https://developers.home-assistant.io/docs/asyncio_blocking_operations, by using asyncio run_in_executor function to isolate ssl.create_default_context, _readfile_app_token and _writefile_app_token
Remove the SSL Certificate validation option VERIFY_X509_STRICT added in python 3.13 but not compatible with Freebox Certificates, ref https://docs.python.org/3/library/ssl.html#ssl.create_default_context
