Add Balloon Cat Game

This is a really cute game! I especially enjoy the popping animations on the balloons.

This PR is really close to getting merged! However, I'd like to see you try out some of this feedback first:

• The button instructions on the start screen seem to be overlapping with your assets, which makes it hard to read - what if you made it display near the bottom on the grass?
• What if the background was actually a scrolling background instead of something that changed every few seconds? String together all the backgrounds vertically, use the same logic as the downwards-moving-birds to move it down!

Hey thank you so much! I just pushed a change to fix those, however I couldn't figure out the scrolling background as I kept getting black screens. I've been trying to add that for the past few days with nothing. Ended up making it cycle sky3->sky2->sky1 which are all "different parts" of the same sky.
